NORTH AMERICAN PET PRODUCTS® today announced it acquired Cat Care Company formally known as Riteway Products of Laguna Niguel, CA.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The Cat Care Company deal is part of a proactive growth strategy in which we’re seeking targeted acquisitions to increase market share and enhance our ability to provide value and quality to customers,” explained Jeremy Moser, Director of Marketing for parent company, NORTH AMERICAN PET PRODUCTS.

The company plans to operate the thirty-seven year old brand out of its Corona, CA headquarters.
